We have worked with Sancor Seguros since Brote’s foundation in 2011, and the size of their business demanded that we constantly outdo ourselves and update our knowledge. Because of this, we have created a strong partnership that allows us to be part of the digital transformation strategy they implement.
We are responsible for the brand’s social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Grupo Sancor Seguro´s LinkedIn and Youtube), its content creation and distribution, and for its social media actions, which resulted in us being an acclaimed success case study in more than one opportunity. Moreover, we track the brand´s mentions so as to prevent any crisis cases and we work alongside the Customer Service Center moderating all the different social media accounts.
Hand in hand with the company, we developed Portal PAS (Insurance Producer Portal), Sancor´s business intelligence, marketing and communication platform created for its Coordinators and Insurance producers. It channels Big Data efforts and puts them at the disposal of the company’s salesforce business objectives.
“Desarrollando Alas en la Empresa” (Spreading your wings in the company) is Grupo Sancor Seguros´ strategic project. It merges together all the programs aimed at attracting, building loyalty and professionalising its main sales channel: Insurance Producers. To this end, we carry out the communication actions for the DALE Continuador programs – created to insure the bonding while the generational transition of organizer producers takes place- and publish the digital magazine Dale Magazine, which is near its 100th issue.
“Ganá +” (Win more) is Sancor Seguros´ main incentive program for its salesforce. Each campaign sets the period´s objectives and its strategic goals. As a result, all the efforts are rewarded with important prizes and experiences. Brote is in charge of the implementation and the direct communication of this program to each specific audience.
